How can I be sure of what I buy?

All our products conform to the highest standards of safety, comfort, and hygiene. To ensure maximum pleasure in maximum safety, the products on the website are subjected to strict hygiene control tests.

  

How is my order processed? Is there a tracking number?

Once you have placed your order via our website, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that it takes at least 3 working days to process your order. If you have not received any notification after this time, please contact us directly by email (salesteam@intimateaffair.shop). You will then receive a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Will my order data (shipping, credit card, etc.) be stored?

To safeguard your security, Harness Pets does not store your order details after it has been processed. Online purchase transactions will be charged on your credit card when the order is placed. However, the transaction will only be processed once we have verified your credit card details, received authorisation for the charge and confirmed stock availability. We will send you an e-mail if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.
